EIA - A study to identify, predict, evaluate and communicate information of the impacts on the environment of a proposed development activity and to detail out the mitigating measures prior to project approval.
EMP - A report that translates the pollution prevention and mitigation measures in the EIA and approval conditions into practical actions. it is a concrete plan of actions which is explicit, illustrative, action-orientated, time-bound and definitve.
